These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games, applications, and website provided by Alienegg Mobile LLC ("Alienegg Mobile," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or that you are using them under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. License to use the Services
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained them from.
3. Things you agree not to do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our games, except where permitted by law;
- Modify, cheat, or use unauthorized software to interfere with normal gameplay;
- Use the Services to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or advertising partners' systems.
4. Advertising
Our games are free and supported by advertising provided by third parties. By using the Services you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that the advertising partners described in our Privacy Policy may collect certain device and usage information. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products and services they promote.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including all games, artwork, characters, names, logos, code, and audio, are owned by Alienegg Mobile LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. App store terms
If you obtained a game through Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Where required, those stores and their affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alienegg Mobile LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed twenty-five US dollars (US $25.00).
9. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
