This Privacy Policy explains how Alienegg Mobile LLC ("Alienegg Mobile," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile games and this website (together, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Alienegg Mobile LLC is the data controller responsible for your information under this policy. You can reach us at support@alieneggmobile.com.
2. Information collected
Information we do not collect directly
Our games do not require you to register, sign in, or provide personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. We do not build user profiles ourselves.
Information collected automatically by third parties
To keep our games free, we use third-party advertising and analytics services. These providers may automatically collect and process certain information from your device, including:
- Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA, where you have allowed it);
- Device information (device model, operating system version, language, and similar technical data);
- General (coarse) location inferred from IP address, not precise GPS location;
- App usage and ad interaction data (such as which ads were shown, viewed, or clicked, and in-game events used to measure performance);
- Crash and diagnostic data used to keep the games stable.
In-app purchases
Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases (for example, a one-time purchase to remove ads). Payments are processed by the app store — Google Play or the Apple App Store — not by us. When you make a purchase, the store creates a transaction record and shares limited purchase information with us (such as the product purchased and whether the transaction succeeded or was refunded) so we can deliver what you bought, restore prior purchases, and prevent fraud. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or billing details; those remain with the app store. Purchases are governed by the store's own terms and privacy policy in addition to this one.
3. Advertising and analytics partners
We use the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them:

These partners may use the data they collect to provide personalized (interest-based) or non-personalized advertising, subject to your device settings and consent choices. We may add or change advertising mediation partners over time and will keep this list current.
4. How information is used
- To display advertising that funds the free games;
- To measure ad performance and overall game performance;
- To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems;
- To understand which features players use, so we can improve our games;
- To process and restore in-app purchases and handle any related refunds;
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we and our partners rely on the following legal bases: your consent for personalized advertising and any non-essential data processing (which you may withdraw at any time through the in-app consent prompt or your device settings); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services and in showing non-personalized ads.
6. Children's privacy (COPPA & Families)
Our games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Where a game is distributed in a way that may reach children, we instruct our advertising partners to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate advertising and to disable interest-based profiling, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and Apple's Kids guidelines.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our Services, please contact us at support@alieneggmobile.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your choices and controls
- Reset or limit your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and → Apple Advertising.
- Opt out of personalized ads. Use your device's ad personalization controls, or decline consent in the in-app prompt where shown.
- Uninstall. You can stop all data collection by our games by uninstalling them from your device.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not maintain accounts or directly hold identifying information about you, most requests are best directed to the advertising partners listed above. You may also contact us at support@alieneggmobile.com and we will help where we can.
California residents: We do not sell your personal information for money. The use of advertising identifiers for interest-based advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); you can opt out using the device controls in Section 7.
9. Data retention
We retain diagnostic and aggregated analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Data held by our advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.
10. Data transfers
Our partners may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, they implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Game-specific notes
Most of our games collect and use information in the same way, as described above. Where an individual game differs — for example, by offering in-app purchases or using an additional service — that difference is noted here:
- Gem Rush offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads, and therefore involves the purchase data described in Section 2.
If a game is not listed here, it follows the general practices in this policy without game-specific additions.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
