Common questions
I filled out my application but it has not been sent
The app is designed to work where there is no signal. Your application is saved on the phone and is sent while the app is open and has a connection. If you finished it somewhere without coverage, open the app again once you are back in service and leave it open for a moment.
I could not finish in one sitting
A partly completed application is kept on the device. The next time you open the app it will offer to pick up where you left off.
I made a mistake on my application
Before you submit, the review step lets you go back and change any answer. If you have already submitted, email support@mcsdriver.com and say what needs correcting.
Why does the application ask for a Social Security number
A motor carrier is required to collect it on a driver employment application under 49 CFR §391.21(b)(2). What happens to it afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.
I want a copy of my information, or I want it deleted
Email support@mcsdriver.com with the request. The Privacy Policy sets out what is kept, for how long, and what can and cannot be removed.
Who is responsible for your information
Motor Carrier Solutions collects, holds, and is responsible for driver application information. Alienegg Mobile LLC is the publisher of record on the app store developer account and does not use driver application data for its own purposes.
